Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. cooked peeled shrimp
Method
- Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender.
- Stir in the sour cream, curry, salt and pepper along with the cooked shrimp.
- Heat slowly and serve over rice.
