Ingredients
- 1 c. Sourdough Starter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix Sourdough, butter and salt.
- Work in enough flour to make a dough that can be rolled in a thin layer.
- Put it on an oiled baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated 500° oven for about 5 minutes. Spread baked dough with your favorite pizza sauce and trimmings. Bake at 425° until sauce bubbles, about 15 minutes.
