- 7 oz. spaghetti (weight before cooking)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. turkey sausage
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- pepperoni, sliced
- 1 onion
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Stir in cooked spaghetti.
- In frying pan, brown both meats with chopped onion; drain.
- Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam and then layer spaghetti mixture, sauce, meat and cheeses on top.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, covered; then bake 15 more minutes uncovered.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
