Ingredients

  • 7 oz. spaghetti (weight before cooking)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. turkey sausage
  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Method

  • Beat eggs and milk.
  • Stir in cooked spaghetti.
  • In frying pan, brown both meats with chopped onion; drain.
  • Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam and then layer spaghetti mixture, sauce, meat and cheeses on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, covered; then bake 15 more minutes uncovered.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
