Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 4 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 4 teaspoons pepper
  • 10 pounds pork baby back ribs

Method

  • In a small bowl, combine the seasonings; rub over ribs.
  • Prepare grill for indirect heat, using a drip pan. Grill ribs, covered, over indirect medium heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender, turning occasionally.
