Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can light red kidney beans
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
Method
- Drain beans and combine next 4 ingredients.
- Add half of a tomato can of water.
- Simmer on low heat.
- Add more or less spice to taste.
- I use these beans as a side dish or to liven up a taco salad.
