Ingredients
- 9 inches pie crust
- 1/2 cup boiled broccoli and drained
- 1/2 cup spinach boiled and drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 strips bacon( cook to crispy)
Method
- Preheat oven to 45o degree F.
- Combine broccoli, spinach, salt and pepper in food processor, pulse to chop.
- Add cream cheese to mixture above and pulse for 1 min or well combine.
- Cut pie crust in round shape and place in back of muffin tin.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes r until light golden brown.
- Take pie shell and fill with spinach and broccoli mixture. Top with bacon to serve.
