Ingredients

  • 9 inches pie crust
  • 1/2 cup boiled broccoli and drained
  • 1/2 cup spinach boiled and drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 strips bacon( cook to crispy)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 45o degree F.
  • Combine broccoli, spinach, salt and pepper in food processor, pulse to chop.
  • Add cream cheese to mixture above and pulse for 1 min or well combine.
  • Cut pie crust in round shape and place in back of muffin tin.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes r until light golden brown.
  • Take pie shell and fill with spinach and broccoli mixture. Top with bacon to serve.
