Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 200 g chocolate
- 4 tblsp water
- pinch of salt
Method
- Melt the chocolate with 4 tblsp of water. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the salt. Add the egg yolks into the melted chocolate, one at a time. Fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Put the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
