Ingredients
- 1 lb. spinach
- 1 medium onion
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 pt. strawberries
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- Marzetti sweet and sour dressing
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Method
- Wash spinach.
- Dry; remove stems and tear up.
- Slice onion thin and separate into rings.
- Trim mushroom stems; rinse and slice.
- Drain oranges and hull berries.
- In large bowl, toss ingredients.
- Turn into large salad bowl (5 to 6-quart) and add dressing lightly.
- Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
