Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 oz. mushrooms
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • Marzetti sweet and sour dressing
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Method

  • Wash spinach.
  • Dry; remove stems and tear up.
  • Slice onion thin and separate into rings.
  • Trim mushroom stems; rinse and slice.
  • Drain oranges and hull berries.
  • In large bowl, toss ingredients.
  • Turn into large salad bowl (5 to 6-quart) and add dressing lightly.
  • Sprinkle with bacon and serve.
