Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked squash
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. dressing mix
Method
- Spread dressing mix on bottom of casserole dish.
- Save 1/4 of mix for topping.
- Mix other ingredients and pour into dish.
- Top with remaining dressing.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook until bubbly.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
- Serves 16.
