Ingredients
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp shoyu, Japanese soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 500g broccolini, washed and bottoms trimmed
Method
Combine oils, vinegar, soy sauce, zest and orange juice in a blender. Pulse until blended. Add the onion and pulse till smooth and creamy. Set the broccolini on a steaming rack in a pan over boiling water. Steam for 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness, until tender but still a little crunchy. Set on a serving plate and spoon on the dressing.
