Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Chef Boyardee complete cheese pizza
  • 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. tomato
  • 1/3 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • butter flavored Pam

Method

  • Coarsely chop pepper, onion and tomato.
  • Prepare cheese pizza according to package directions. Do not bake. Spray a medium size skillet with Pam; heat. Over medium heat, stir-fry mushrooms, pepper and onion for 1 minute.
  • Stir in tomato.
  • Place vegetable mixture over grated cheese on unbaked pizza crust. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated 425° oven for 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is desired brownness.
