Ingredients

  • 1 roll sugar cookie dough (room temperature)
  • Pam spray
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • fresh strawberries

Method

  • Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
  • Press cookie dough out flat to edges of pan.
  • Cook according to directions on roll of cookie dough.
  • Take out when lightly brown, let cool completely.
  • Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla; then fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spread on top of cooled cookie (must be completely cool).
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
  • Store in refrigerator.
