Ingredients
- 1 roll sugar cookie dough (room temperature)
- Pam spray
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- fresh strawberries
Method
- Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
- Press cookie dough out flat to edges of pan.
- Cook according to directions on roll of cookie dough.
- Take out when lightly brown, let cool completely.
- Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla; then fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread on top of cooled cookie (must be completely cool).
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Store in refrigerator.
