Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. pickle relish
  • 8 frankfurters

Method

  • Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Mix macaroni, milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce and 3/4 cup grated cheese.
  • Put this into a greased, shallow casserole dish.
  • Combine pickle relish and onions.
  • Split frankfurters lengthwise; fill with relish and onion mixture.
  • Top with remaining cheese and place on top of the macaroni.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
