Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. pickle relish
- 8 frankfurters
Method
- Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Mix macaroni, milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce and 3/4 cup grated cheese.
- Put this into a greased, shallow casserole dish.
- Combine pickle relish and onions.
- Split frankfurters lengthwise; fill with relish and onion mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese and place on top of the macaroni.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
