Ingredients
- 6 thick-cut pork chops
- 4 c. soft bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix bread cubes, margarine, onion and seasonings.
- Cut pockets in pork chops.
- Stuff with dressing.
- Wrap cord string around chops to hold dressing.
- Arrange in roasting pan, leaving cover off and brown in hot oven.
- Mix water, catsup and Worcestershire sauce; pour over chops.
- Cover and bake at 375° for about 1 hour or until tender.
