Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. rump roast
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup (do not dilute)
- 5 small potato halves
- 3 or 4 carrots
Method
- Place roast, onion soup mix and mushroom soup on foil.
- Place potatoes and carrots around roast; seal foil tightly.
- Bake for 3 to 4 hours using rack in roasting pan; season with salt.
