- 2 7 oz. cans Crab Meat or imitation Crab
- 1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- few drops Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- dash Cayenne Pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 large cloves Garlic (crushed)
Method
- Soften Cream Cheese.
- Mix with all ingredients except crab until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in crab.
- Make a day ahead to give spices time to mix well.
