Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 corn muffin mix
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn
Method
- Soften oleo; add egg and sour cream and beat.
- Put Jiffy corn mix, onion, creamed corn and whole corn (drained) in a 9 x 12-inch buttered baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- Pimento may be added for color.
