Ingredients

  • 0.5 (7 1/2 ounce) package silken tofu
  • 12 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • honey, if desired
  • ice cube, if desired

Method

  • I've never measured the ingredients for this, feel free to adjust for personal taste in consistency.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or with a hand-held food mixer.
  • You can use yogurt in place of the tofu, but the tofu is great protein in the morning, and you can't even taste it.
  • Run marathon.
  • Spring clean.
  • Paint outside of house.
  • You get it.
  • Note for Vegan option do not use honey.
