Sweet Potato Biscuits - biscuit dough

Method

• Mix your biscuit dough like always and use baked sweet potatoes.
• Peel the sweet potatoes and mix in your biscuit dough. Judge the amount, you may need more than one potato if potato is small.
• You will probably have to add some flour after mixing the sweet potato in the biscuit dough.
• Then roll the dough out and cut into biscuits and bake.
• Ready when starting to brown lightly.
