Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1/4 bottle chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. leaf oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 English muffins

Method

  • Brown beef and allow to cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix beef and all other ingredients, except muffins.
  • Spread mixture heavily on 1/2 an English muffin.
  • Top with other 1/2 of muffin.
  • Wrap individually in foil and freeze.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
