- 2 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 bottle chili sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. leaf oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 English muffins
Method
- Brown beef and allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix beef and all other ingredients, except muffins.
- Spread mixture heavily on 1/2 an English muffin.
- Top with other 1/2 of muffin.
- Wrap individually in foil and freeze.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
