Ingredients
- 2 c. grated raw yams
- 1 1/2 c. molasses or dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Put into a well-greased skillet in oven preheated to 425°.
- Bake until the center is done.
