Ingredients
- 6 whole chocolate graham crackers
- 2 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- 12 cup mini chocolate chip
Method
- Break each graham cracker in half.
- Spoon ice cream onto one cracker half.
- Sandwich the other cracker on top.
- Place mini-chips in a small bowl.
- Press all four edges of the sandwich into the chips.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for one hour until the ice cream is firm.
