  • 1/4 cup CHOPPED RED ONION
  • 1 tbsp MINCED GARLIC
  • 1 14.5 OZ CAN FIRE ROASTED TOMATOES
  • 1 bunch KALE-CHOPPED (USE AS MUCH OR LESS AS YOU LIKE)
  • 1 jar SPAGHETTI SAUCE
  • 1 box SPAGHETTI NOODLES
  • 1 dash oregano
  • 1 dash basil
  • 1 dash SALT & PEPPER
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese-GRATED OR SHRED

Method

  • TAKE CASING OFF SAUSAGE-BREAK UP IN BIG CHUNKS-COOK ON MED-LOW WITH ONION, BELL PEPPER, GARLIC & SPICES UNTIL SAUSAGE IS NO LONGER PINK
  • ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE,KALE AND FIRE ROASTED TOMATOES-SIMMER 10-15 MINS
  • COOK SPAGHETTI NOODLES
  • ONCE NOODLES DONE-DRAIN ADD TO SAUCE MIX, TOP WITH CHEESE
