Ingredients

  • Receipe is for about 5lbs of Spare Ribs
  • 1 large bottle of Kraft original barbecue sauce
  • 1 bottle of Heinz ketcup
  • 1 16 oz jar of Honey
  • 2 large sunkist oranges - squeeze juice
  • 2 tablespoons of orange rind
  • pinch of nutmeg

Method

  • Once your ribs have cooled down. Cut them apart if they are baby back ribs. Take a large square type tupperware that is deep enough to fit your ribs. Add your barbecue sauce, ketchup, honey and squeezed orange juice, orange rind and nutmeg. Blend altogether evenly and pour on top of ribs. Use your hands and coat the ribs so they are completely covered. Marinate overnigh in regrigerator.
  • Take the ribs out of your refrigerator onehour before grilling. You will not want to stop eating these ribs.
