Ingredients
- 4 leg or thigh chicken pieces
- 4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 c. crushed seasoned croutons
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 1/4 c. water
Method
- Place chicken in greased baking dish, bone side down.
- Do not season chicken.
- Place slices of Swiss cheese to completely cover chicken.
- Spread soup over cheese.
- Sprinkle generously with crushed seasoned croutons.
- Bake until fork-tender, about 1 hour, at 350°.
- Serves 4.
