Ingredients
- 4 c. instant potatoes, prepared according to the box instructions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 lb. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Method
- Prepare the potatoes according to instructions.
- Beat the egg into the potatoes.
- Cut the cheese into strips and mix into the potatoes.
- Place a few of the strips on top of the casserole. Bake in the oven at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly brown. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
- Yields 4 servings.
