Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. hot and spicy taco seasoning mix
- 1 small can black olives, sliced
- 1 bunch scallions
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Drain.
- Add taco seasoning (making according to package instructions).
- Layer cream cheese in 9 x 9-inch pan, put ground beef on top, then layer olives, scallions and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
- Serve with nachos.
- Serve hot.
