Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. hot and spicy taco seasoning mix
  • 1 small can black olives, sliced
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Method

  • Brown ground beef.
  • Drain.
  • Add taco seasoning (making according to package instructions).
  • Layer cream cheese in 9 x 9-inch pan, put ground beef on top, then layer olives, scallions and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
  • Serve with nachos.
  • Serve hot.
