Ingredients

  • 1 lb. browned ground chuck, drained well
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons avocado or guacamole dip
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can ripe olives, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  • Brown meat; drain and
  • mix
  • with 1 package taco seasoning. Simmer as directed on package.
  • Place meat mixture in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and let cool.
