Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard.
- Mix well and pour over cooked vegetables.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Cook in microwave, uncovered, one minute to heat topping and melt cheese. Use as a topping on cooked vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli or squash.
- Yield: 1 cup.
