Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 5 oz. frozen onion rings
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 6 to 10 oz. Tater Tots
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 15 oz. can French-style green beans, drained (save liquid)

Method

  • Brown ground beef with salt and drain. Place in 2 or 3 quart casserole. Continue
  • to layer as follows: second layer of frozen onion
  • rings,
  • third layer of green beans and fourth layer by adding
  • liquid
  • from the beans to the soup and mix. Pour over beans and top with Tater Tots.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°. (Chicken, turkey, beef, etc. may be substituted.
  • Also vegetables and soups can be varied.)
