Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef browned and drained
- 1 jar Bertolli Tomato and Basil marinara sauce
- 1/2 C red wine
- 1-2 Tb Garlic, ground to your preferred taste (we like Garlic)
- 2 C Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
- 2 Tb cornstarch
- 1/4 C water
Method
- On med/hi heat, brown and drain ground beef add the garlic, Bertolli sauce,wine and 1 cup cheese, stir to blend,
- simmer 15 minutes
- Stirring occasionally
- add cornstarch and water in small cup then add to beef mixture making sure no lumps are present
- reduce heat to low
- simmer an additional 10 minutes or until thick
- Sprinkle remaing cheese on the top and serve with Kings Hawaiian Bread. Wait for smiles.
