Ingredients
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. white cooking wine
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Method
- Combine all ingredients and marinate your meat (chicken, beef or pork) for 2 to 24 hours.
- You can bake, broil or barbecue. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until done.
