Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 2 sticks margarine
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Method
- Boil first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Use jelly roll pan or 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
- Can be put in a 17 x 11-inch pan also.
- Cool 5 minutes and ice.
- It is good to have icing ready before cake is done.
