Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. sliced onions
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Brown
- sausage in
- skillet.
- Remove
- and discard drippings. Combine
- ground beef and onions in skillet. Cook until meat
- is browned,
- stirring to
- crumble. Drain. Combine beef mixture, sausage and remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 2-quart
- casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes a large dish. Good for covered dish meals.
