- 1 block Tofu (firm)
Method
- Remove the tofu from the pack and drain the moisture.
- Cut into 3-5 mm thickness and then slice into rectangular pieces, adjusting the width to match the tofu.
- Place the pieces on a sheet of parchment paper and microwave for 8 minutes at 600 W. If they don't become crispy, flip them over and microwave them for 30-60 seconds at a time while keeping an eye on them.
- Then they're done.
- With tomato sauce and cream cheese.
