Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, boil about 25 minutes, remove skins and discard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chili con carne without beans (Hormel)
  • 1 (7 1/2 or 8 oz.) can Ortega chili salsa
  • 1/2 c. chicken soup stock
  • 1 doz. tortillas (flour), break in 1 inch squares
  • 1/4 lb. each Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
  • Cover with cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes uncovered.
  • Cover and bake another 1/2 hour in foil in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
