Ingredients
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 can pie filling
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt 1 stick oleo in Pyrex dish in microwave.
- Place 1 tablespoon filling in center of tortilla, roll up and place in oleo in dish.
- Roll all 10 tortillas.
- Mix water, sugar and vanilla.
- Heat this mixture until sugar has dissolved and pour over tortillas.
- Cook in oven at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
- Top with Cool Whip.
