Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup lard
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 hot water
Method
- mix above dry ingrediants together
- add hot water and mix until a dough ball
- let dough ball sit in bowl cover with towel for 20 minutes
- pull about half a handful of dough out
- roll in a ball
- roll out with a rolling pin
- place on griddle on medium low heat for a minute
- fip to cook on other side for about a minute
