Ingredients
- 1 package tortellini fresh
- 1 jar pesto sauce
- 3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes julienned
- fresh Parmesan cheese
- fresh basil leaves
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large skillet warm the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes on low heat. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to pesto mixture. Toss to coat thoroughly. To serve garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil leaves.
