Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 8 oz. medium egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 small tomato, chopped

Method

  • Heat turkey bacon in nonstick skillet on high heat 8 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  • Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 4 minutes.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
  • Drain.
  • Return noodles to saucepan and add all remaining ingredients except tomato.
  • Cook and stir on medium heat until cheese melts.
  • Sprinkle with tomato.
