Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 3 to 4 slices bread
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • turkey broth
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery ribs, minced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted

Method

  • Mix cornbread mix and stuffing mix together.
  • Add crumbled bread.
  • Mix butter, onions and celery together.
  • Add to bread mixture.
  • Add broth to make a soft mixture.
  • Add chopped eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Also, if you like, add a dash of sage.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes in a flat cooking pan.
