Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk, cold
- 12 cup fresh strawberries, halved, mashed
- 13 cup fresh raspberry, mashed
- 13 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Blend all ingredients in shake maker or blender until thick and frothy.
