- Chicken, cooked and deboned
- Flour tortillas
Method
- Boil chicken, remove from broth and debone the chicken, then return it to the broth.
- Dampen flour tortillas and cut up with scissors to the size you want.
- Coat with flour and place in boiling liquid with the chicken.
- Season to taste.
- Cook slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Be sure tortillas are covered with the liquid.
- Stir, but not too often.
