- 1 1/2 lb. beef cut into small cubes
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 6 c water
- 1 pkg carrots peeled and diced
- 6 stalks celery
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 med. onions
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- poultry seasoning
- 4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- In stock pot saute beef in 1/4 pound butter.
- Add water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, bouillon cubes, poultry seasoning, and worcestershire sauce.
