Ingredients

  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers

Method

  • Mix corn and beans together and place in small greased casserole dish.
  • In another bowl, mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
  • Pour over corn and beans.
  • Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with 1 package (roll) of Ritz crackers (crushed).
  • Put on top of casserole and cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
