Ingredients
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
Method
- Mix corn and beans together and place in small greased casserole dish.
- In another bowl, mix soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
- Pour over corn and beans.
- Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with 1 package (roll) of Ritz crackers (crushed).
- Put on top of casserole and cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
