Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters equivalent
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell or prebaked (11-inch) tart shell

Method

  • In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon into pie or tart shell.
  • Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
