Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. or more Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 can Durkee onion rings
Method
- Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 of cheese and 1 cup of onions.
- Pour in dish.
- Bake covered at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
