Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. vermicelli, prepared as directed
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 jar pimientos, chopped
  • 1 small can black olives, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. MSG (optional)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Pour olive oil, vermicelli after draining and rinsing.
  • Add onions, green pepper, celery, pimientos and olives to pasta and then blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper together.
  • Add and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
