- 1 pkg. vermicelli, prepared as directed
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 jar pimientos, chopped
- 1 small can black olives, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. MSG (optional)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Pour olive oil, vermicelli after draining and rinsing.
- Add onions, green pepper, celery, pimientos and olives to pasta and then blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper together.
- Add and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
