Ingredients
- 2 lb. Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- dash of pepper
- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Saute
- onions
- in melted butter.
- Combine eggs and sour cream, then add to onion mixture.
- Add pepper.
- Pour into pie shell; sprinkle
- cheese
- on
- top.
- Bake
- in
- 450° oven for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 325° and bake 20 minutes more.
