- 1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups caster sugar
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp vinegar (cider vinegar works well)
- 3 eggs
- 1 x 9 inch (22cm) unbaked pie shell

Combine first five ingredients, blending well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 150C for 45 minutes. Serve with berries, cream or ice-cream.
